Bespoke Product Design and Manufacturing Process
When you contact us, a member of our team will arrange an introductory call to discuss your requirements and gain an understanding of your business, your style, and what you are looking to achieve. We are dedicated to guiding you through the evolving design process of taking your vision and making it a reality.
Putting pen to paper to visualise your design...
To begin with, we will produce first design sketches and work with you to achieve an initial concept. When sketches and designs are ready we will consult you for feedback and ensure any concepts and ideas evolve to meet your needs. When you are happy to progress, we will then produce further detailed drawings and CAD illustrations adding perspective and scale.
Bringing your vision to life...
Following initial sketches and illustration sign-off we will then progress to sculpting and development where you will see your vision really take shape. Depending on your requirements we will either send the approved design to Sample or take a 3D Print and work with our factory to produce moulds. These bespoke moulds will then be used to produce the first sample of your bespoke product.
At each stage, we will work closely with you to create a truly bespoke and personalised product which is as unique as your business.
