Culinary Concepts take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of their products and therefore every possible precaution is taken to protect the product in transit, to ensure that all goods arrive with our customers in perfect condition.
CHANGED YOUR MIND?
It is always our hope that you will be entirely delighted with your order but we do also understand there might be an occasion when you have simply changed your mind. You can return an item to us within 28 days of receipt, where we will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes.
WHAT DO I DO IF I WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM?
In the event you wish to return an unwanted item you are responsible for covering the cost of returning the item to us and we are not obliged to repay you for any costs that you have incurred in returning the products to us. Please take care to keep all packaging as we can only accept returns with the original packaging. It is important to include your completed returns form to help our customer service team identify your order. When returning items, we strongly advise you to obtain proof of posting from the Post Office as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. Please note, that it takes up to 14 days to process a return though this may be longer without a completed returns form. When the goods have been received and checked, a refund of the goods will be issued within 14 days.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT OR FAULTY GOODS
At times, unfortunately, things don’t always go to plan and items can be damaged in transit, so we always request that the customer should inspect their goods upon receipt of their delivery and notify the company of any defects or damage caused in transit within 48 hours. If the contents have been damaged in transit, we will happily exchange the damaged items without charge to you provided you return the damaged item(s) to us within 28 days of receipt of the goods.

After reviewing your return, we will provide a free post shipping label and the packaged item can be dropped off at your local post office. When returning goods, please pack the items in the original packaging, enclose the invoice and/or proof of purchase and address the parcel clearly. When returning items, we strongly advise you to obtain a receipt of posting from the Post Office. Your statutory rights are not affected.
INCORRECT GOODS RECEIVED
Sometimes things don’t always go to plan and items can be sent in error, we kindly request that the customer should inspect their goods upon receipt of their delivery and notify the company of errors as soon as possible so they can be rectified and the correct item sent out and the incorrect returned for investigation.
If we have sent you an incorrect item, please notify our friendly Customer Services team as soon as possible or within 28 days.

On delivery, the customer should inspect the goods on receipt and notify the company of any defects or damage caused in transit within 48 hours.
Lanterns for return will be collected via our courier company. The lantern will need to be re-packaged in its original packaging. The driver will provide all relevant return labels for the items to be returned to us. Once received back into our warehouse and checked for defects, the replacement lantern will be dispatched. We aim to get these processed within 5 working days however this time scale may be extended during busy periods

Please note that we are unable to accept returns when an item has been purchased from another stockist or online store. In these circumstances, you should contact the seller that you purchased the item from who will be able to deal with your return according to their own Returns Policy. We can only accept returns when a receipt or proof of purchase directly from us can be provided. Please also take extra care to read our Caring for your item page. We cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged by failing to follow our care instructions or using a dishwasher when not specified as safe to do so.
