VIRTUAL SHOWROOM APPOINTMENTS
Due to current Government guidelines and the closure of all non-essential retail in Tier 4 areas, our Showroom is unfortunately closed.
As soon as we have any further information as to when we can re-open we will announce it on this page and via our social media pages.

ZOOM SHOPPING APPOINTMENTS
Whilst we can't open for face-to-face shopping, we'd still love to show you around our Showroom in your very own private 'virtual' shopping experience via Zoom. If you're interested in a shopping appointment, please get in touch with our Customer Services on 01252 852 305 to arrange a convenient date and time or click below to book an appointment.
Slots are available to book Monday - Friday between 10:30am - 12:30pm and 1:30pm - 3:30pm.
SHOPPING WITH US WHEN WE RE-OPEN
Due to COVID-19 we have made changes to our shopping experience to ensure we adhere to Government Guidelines and for the protection of both our staff and customers.
- In keeping with government guidelines, a maximum of 19 people will be allowed into our tent at any one time. When the number exceeds this, a socially distanced queueing system will be in operation or we may request that you return at a quieter time. Queuing will take place outside in an uncovered area, so please come prepared for all weather conditions.
- In keeping with new government guidelines please wear a face mask or face covering when visiting us.
- Everyone shopping with us must wear disposable gloves when they visit - these can be provided.
- Please use the hand sanitiser station before you enter the shop – even when wearing gloves.
- Please ensure you keep a 2 metre distance at all times from our staff and other family groups.
- Please try not to touch products unless you are planning on buying them.
- Please use card for payment where possible.
- If you need to return or exchange an item after visiting, please call our Customer Service Team on 01252 852 305 to arrange a convenient time to do so.
- We can't wait to see you but please do not visit if you are suffering from any COVD-19 related symptoms.

FROM THE M3:
Take Junction 5 (Hook) of the M3. Take the exit signposted A287 on the roundabout. At the next roundabout take the 1st exit and then turn right onto the track for Newlyns Farm Shop.
Follow the track along until you see the parking for Newlyns Farm Shop ahead of you. Bear left to follow the track along - follow the navy arrow signs to our warehouse.
FROM THE B3349
Follow the B3449 along past the Mill House pub and restaurant on the left. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit and then turn right onto the track for Newlyns Farm Shop.
Follow the track along until you see the parking for Newlyns Farm Shop ahead of you. Bear left to follow the track along - follow the navy arrow signs to our warehouse.
