Culinary Concepts Showroom Loyalty Card Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for participating in the Culinary Concepts Loyalty Scheme. By participating in the Culinary Concepts Loyalty Scheme, you agree to comply with these Terms.


  • The Culinary Concepts Loyalty Scheme is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old.
  • Employees, contractors, and their immediate family members of the company administering the Loyalty Scheme are not eligible to participate.

Exclusive Culinary Concepts Showroom Loyalty Scheme:

  • Loyalty Card Points can be collected and redeemed on purchases made in the Culinary Concepts Showroom in Hook, Hampshire only. For full address details visit our Showroom page>
  • Culinary Concepts Loyalty Card can be used exclusively in the Hook, Hampshire Showroom only and cannot be redeemed online

Loyalty Stamps:

  • The customer will earn one Loyalty Stamp per transaction when spending £30 or more.
  • The customer must collect five Loyalty Stamps from five individual visits to receive a £15 Loyalty Reward Discount.

Redemption of Loyalty Reward:

  • When five Loyalty Stamps have been collected a £15 Loyalty Card Reward Discount will be awarded which can be spent on the customer’s sixth visit.
  • The full £15 value of your Loyalty Reward Discount must be redeemed in one visit. If the customer does not redeem the full £15 Loyalty Reward any remaining balance will be void
  • Only one Loyalty Reward of £15 can be redeemed per transaction
  • Culinary Concepts will retain redeemed Loyalty Cards after the transaction
  • If the customer returns their purchase where a Loyalty Card Reward Discount has been applied, they will be given a £15 credit voucher.

Stamp Accumulation and Redemption:

  • Loyalty stamps can be earned on all transactions of £30 or more, unless exceptions are stated
  • Loyalty Stamps cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash
  • Only original Culinary Concepts Loyalty Cards can be used. No photocopies, photographs or alternative copies will be accepted.


  • Culinary Concepts reserves the right to remove the Loyalty Card scheme at any time
  • The Culinary Concepts Loyalty Scheme may be modified at any time, with or without notice
  • Culinary Concepts reserves the right to disqualify customers or refuse Loyalty Card Reward redemptions if there is a violation of these Terms or any suspected fraudulent activity

Lost Cards and missing points:

  • Culinary Concepts accepts no responsibility for lost Loyalty Cards, and will not provide replacement Loyalty Stamps
  • Loyalty Stamps must be added to the customer’s Loyalty Card at the time of each transaction and cannot be added retrospectively
