These Terms & Conditions and your use of our website have been designed for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law, and therefore governed by English law. By using this website you therefore have agreed to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. Whilst we are pleased to consider orders from outside the United Kingdom, we give no warranty, expressed or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations. Accordingly, any products or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.
1. Definitions
- The ‘customer’ i.e. the individual, or organisation, who purchases or agrees to purchase the goods from the company.
- The ‘company’ i.e. Culinary Concepts (London) Ltd, registered office: 71-73 High Street, Aldershot, Hants GU11 1BY. Registered in England and Wales No. 5006747.
- The ‘goods’ i.e. the items which are supplied by the company to the customer.
- A contract between the customer and the company for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and dispatched. At this point the buyer’s credit/debit card will be charged for the value of the goods dispatched.
2. Prices
The prices on our website are correct at the time of press, however prices and availability of goods can and will change without prior notice. This means that the price confirmed after placing the order might be different to that charged at the point of delivery. Every effort is made to ensure that this will not happen and we will endeavour to inform the customer if there is a change in the price. 3. Payment
Payment is normally required at the time of ordering by credit or debit card, or by sending a cheque or arranging a bank transfer against a pro forma issued and sent to the customer by the company.
4. Your Right To Cancel
The Company reserves the right to refuse the return of any goods ordered in error. Such errors must be notified to
the Company within 7 days of receipt of goods.
No reasonable request to cancel an order will be refused by the company.
Goods, which have been specifically made to order for and on behalf of the customer, cannot be cancelled without written
notice or good reason.
The company reserves the right to charge a handling fee of up to 25% of the invoice amount on goods that have already
been dispatched before cancellation is received by the company, and for repackaging of those goods ordered in error.
If your request to cancel is accepted any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

Stock permitting, all orders placed by mail order or on the website are usually dispatched to UK customers within 14 working days. Please see our terms regarding delivery and returns. Made to order items can at times require 8-12 weeks for manufacture.
6. Satisfaction Pledge
If your credit/debit card is used fraudulently as a direct result of being used to buy from our website, then we will assume liability for the first £50 of your loss. Your credit card company is obligated to take responsibility for the rest. We will do our best to work with your credit card company to minimise the inconvenience to you. We endeavour to display on this website all items in our current range. We aim to hold stock of all types and designs whilst a product is active. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock or discontinued and if this is the case this will be highlighted in your shopping basket. The stock status for your order will also be notified to you on your order confirmation. All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change, therefore we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.
7. Returns Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 28 days. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or at our discretion, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging. We cannot accept items for a refund or exchange if they have been damaged within a dishwasher or by failing to follow our care instructions. For further information please see Delivery and Returns.
8. Conformity Of Goods
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in appearance caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. Due to the handmade nature of these products over time sizes and finishes may vary from original items purchased.
9. Disclaimer
While the Company uses reasonable endeavours to ensure that the information on this website is accurate and up to date, it does not give any warranty as to its accuracy or completeness, and will not be responsible for any errors or omissions, or for the results arising from the use of such information. Whilst the Company takes all reasonable steps to ensure a fast and reliable service, it does not guarantee that your use of this website will be interruption or error free and will not be responsible for any disruption, loss of or corruption of any material in transit, or loss of or corruption of material or data when downloaded onto any computer system. Furthermore the Company will not be responsible nor liable for your use of any other websites which you may access via links within this website. Any such links are provided merely as a service to users of this website and their inclusion in this website does not constitute an endorsement by or affiliation with the Company.
10. Force Majeure
The company shall not be liable to the customer for any failure to perform or deemed to be in breach of the contract of its obligations due to any circumstances beyond its control. In such event the company may elect by written notice to cancel any agreement with the customer, or elect that the time for performance shall be extended until such time as the company can reasonably effect performance.

Visiting our Site
When you visit the Culinary Concepts website, you are anonymous. We do not record any personal information, including your email address, without your prior knowledge and consent. Your Culinary Concepts shopping cart is maintained during your browsing session through the use of a randomly generated number that is stored in a cookie on your computer. None of your personal information is stored in the cookie itself. The cookie is only generated once you place an item into your shopping cart, and it self-destructs when you quit your web browser.
Placing an Order
To process and dispatch your order, we need your name, correct billing address, correct delivery address and correct postcode, telephone number, and email address. The Company does not except liability for incorrect information provided at time of purchase. All information is transferred to our server using SSL encryption (Secure Sockets Layer), a security protocol that provides communications privacy over the Internet. At no time do we send you unsolicited mail or email, nor will we phone you about any matter not related to your order. We never share our customer information with any outside source.

You are placed on our electronic mailing list when you subscribe by email or, through our website. We never share our email lists with any outside source. We respect your privacy and want to make it as convenient as possible to unsubscribe from our mailing list. Should you contact us via email or otherwise and specify that you want us to correspond with you via email, we will. We will not use casual email contact for anything other than response to your questions. We will not send you unsolicited email or other communications based upon your email contact to Culinary Concepts.
