Delivery Costs and Delivery Times

We pride ourselves on our customer service and aim to despatch all orders promptly within 14 working days, subject to stock availability. If for some reason your goods fail to arrive please call Mail Order Dispatch on 0870 2411689. Failure of an item to arrive after despatch as a result of Royal Mail will be claimed for after the standard 15 working day period set out in their Terms and Conditions. Failure of goods to arrive via Royal Mail will be claimed for after the standard 15 working day period set out in their terms and conditions

Postage and Packing (UK)

For orders up to £50 - £4.95
For orders £50-250 - £7.95
For orders £250-£499 - £9.95
For orders above £500 POSTAGE IS FREE OF CHARGE
Express delivery (mainland Great Britain only) Standard postage and packing costs plus an additional £7.95

Even though our standard service is efficient, we also offer express delivery. The cost of this service, regardless of parcel size or weight, is a supplement of £7.95 over and above our standard postage and packing rates.

Unfortunately, this service can't be offered to all customers so please call for further information to avoid disappointment. These rates apply to each individual mainland UK delivery address.

Overseas Orders

We currently accept online payment from credit cards issued by UK banks only. Customers from overseas need to contact customer services on ++44 1252 852235 so that we can help you further to process your order.

Order Tracking and History

If you've placed an order via our website, you can track its progress through our warehouse. Log in to My Account and click on Order History.

Due to the hand made nature of our range please be advised at times delivery can take 8-10 weeks for manufacture.

Returns

On delivery, the customer should inspect the goods on receipt and notify the company of any defects or damage caused in transit within 7 days.

For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items. Any items returned must be in exactly the same packaging and condition as when they were dispatched, i.e. in original Culinary Concepts bags/boxes and complete packaging. Failure to do so may result in the items being returned to the customer and the grounds for refunding the items deemed void. If you prefer, we will arrange to collect the products from you, but the cost will be charged to you and may be deducted from any refund due. To arrange this, it would be helpful if you could call one of our friendly Customer Services team on 0870 2411689, as there are occasions when it may not be necessary for you to be inconvenienced by sending a product back to us.

When returning goods, please pack the items in the original packaging, enclose the invoice and address the parcel clearly.When returning items we strongly advise you obtain proof of posting from the Post Office. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty or you have received an incorrect product.
