Soft Cheese Knives
A soft cheese is often sticky in texture and therefore requires a sharp knife for cutting. The knife blade will also be required to have holes to aerate the cheese, prevent sticking and allow it to fall from the blade with ease. When the cheese does not stick to the blade, it allows for pieces to be presented more attractively, with crisper shapes, compared to cheese cut with standard knives.
