Our Sample Service
The majority of our customers are happy to buy their cutlery by looking at the product photographs and reading the detailed descriptions against each style. For those who like to take a 'hands on' approach and are unable to visit us at the shop in Guildford or at one of our exhibitions around the UK, we provide a Sample Service.
This gives you the opportunity to see and feel the cutlery, so that you can make sure you choose the right design for you. The cost of the service is fully refundable. Providing that you return the cutlery to us within 28 days, we will refund your credit card account on receipt of the goods.
When you are happy with the style you have selected, you can then place your cutlery set order and any additional serving or accessories you may like, either by calling us or online on our website. We keep a stock of cutlery which is used specifically for samples and you will receive brand new cutlery when you place your cutlery set order.
