Delivery Information
We understand that your gift must be delivered in perfect condition, which is why we take so much care and attention when designing our packaging. We pride ourselves on our customer service and aim to dispatch all orders promptly within 3-5 working days, subject to stock availability. Due to the hand made nature of our range please be advised at times delivery can take 8-12 weeks due to manufacturing times.

Please note that delivery costs are based upon one UK delivery address per order
Overseas Orders
We currently accept online payment from credit cards issued by UK banks only. Customers from overseas need to contact customer services on ++44 1252 852235 so that we can help you further to process your order. Goods sent overseas will be sent using Royal Mail International Signed for or City Link International. Delivery charges subject to location and items ordered.
How long does it take?
UK DELIVERIES
Standard
3-5 working days from date of dispatch. Goods will be sent via Royal Mail First Class or City Link Next Day Service.
Next day Express Delivery**
Even though our standard service is efficient, we also offer express delivery. The cost of this service, regardless of parcel, is an additional £7.95
International Signed for and City Link International
Approx 2-5 working days from date of dispatch subject to location
Failed deliveries
If for some reason your goods fail to arrive please call customer services on 0870 2411689. Failure of an item to arrive after dispatch as a result of Royal Mail will be claimed for after the standard 15 working day period set out in their terms and conditions. Goods sent by City Link will require a signature. City Link will card a property twice to advise of attempted deliveries.
Following this, items will be returned to the local delivery depot and held for 5 days. If uncollected or undelivered, they will be returned to us and a charge of £4.95 for re-delivery will be required to re-send.
