Delivery Information
We understand that your gift must be delivered in perfect condition, which is why we take so much care and attention when designing our packaging. We pride ourselves on our customer service and aim to dispatch all orders promptly within 3-5 working days, subject to stock availability. Due to the hand made nature of our range please be advised at times delivery can take 12-16 weeks due to manufacturing times.
Standard Delivery – 3-5 days from the date of dispatch
The following postage charges apply to the *UK Mainland only.
- £ 3.95 for each address on orders under £50
- FREE delivery over £50.00
Delivery is 3-5 working days from date of dispatch. Goods will be sent via Royal Mail First Class or Next Day Courier Service.
*Additional charges may apply for some Highland, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man or Channel Island addresses.
Express Delivery – Next Day
Please contact us before 1pm Monday - Thursday and we will dispatch your order for delivery next day. The cost is £7.95 per order. This service is available for UK mainland only.
Furniture Delivery
Delivery on orders including furniture pieces is charged at £20 to UK mainland addresses. Additional charges may apply for some Highland, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man or Channel Island addresses.
Please note - Free delivery offers are not applicable to orders containing furniture
Overseas Orders
We currently can not accept online payment from credit cards registered outside of the UK. If you would like to place an order please call customer services on +44 1252 852305 so that we can help you further to process your order.
Goods sent overseas will be sent using Royal Mail International Signed for or an International Courier. All international deliveries are charged according to weight and destination.
Failed deliveries
If for some reason your goods fail to arrive please call customer services on 01252 852305. Failure of an item to arrive after dispatch as a result of Royal Mail will be claimed for after the standard 15 working day period set out in their terms and conditions. Goods sent by courier will require a signature. The courier company will card a property twice to advise of attempted deliveries.
Following this, items will be returned to the local delivery depot and held for 5 days. If uncollected or undelivered, they will be returned to us and a charge of £4.95 for re-delivery will be required to re-send.
